Payment and cancellation

Retainer plans are billed monthly in advance. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Plans operate on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum term
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for part-months already invoiced

Custom plans may have bespoke payment and cancellation terms, as set out in your agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of EVseo and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Work product created for clients (content, designs, code) transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Results and guarantees

SEO and digital marketing involve inherent uncertainty. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. We commit to delivering work to a high standard and in line with agreed deliverables, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and market conditions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVseo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability in connection with any services engagement will not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
