Exactly that. We design and build the site, and billing starts the day it goes live. The build cost is spread across the first 12 months at £99 a month. If you need to leave early, you pay the remaining months and keep the site.

The fast site is hand-coded: nothing to update, nothing to break, and it loads in under a second on a phone. We recommend it for almost everyone. WordPress lets you edit pages yourself, at the cost of updates and plugins. Same price either way, and we'll talk it through before we start.
Yes. Move from Website to Local SEO at any time, and the months you've already paid count towards the 12. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date.
